MR grade is basically used for interior application. BWR grade is used in woodworking like Ship Cabins, Railway Coaches, Bus and Truck Bodies. Kitchen Cabinets, Exhaust Pipes, False Ceilings, Speaker Cabinets, Bathroom Paneling etc.

2. Block Board IS : 1669

WC Block boards are manufactured from the combination of selected, seasoned, durable hardwood timber batterns, veneers and adhesives. These are bonded with Urea Formaldeyde Resin under high pressur and temperature for MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards are resistance to twisting / warping, has superb screw holding & nail holding capability. The wooden batterns are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness. These batterns are systematically arranged and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the batterns.

Particle Board

WC Particleboard is manufactured by mixing wood particles or flakes together with a resin with a resin and forming the mix into a sheet. The raw material to be used for the particles is fed into a disc chipper. Resin, in liquid form, is then sprayed through nozzles onto the particles. There are several types of resins that are commonly used. Urea formaldehyde resin is used for most non-water resistant boards. Phenol formaldehyde is used for the water proof material. It is dark colored and highly durable. These resins are sometimes mixed with other additives before being applied to the particles. In order to make the final product waterproof, fireproof, inserct proof or to give it some other quality.

Flush Door IS : 2202

WC flush doors are modern, elegant and ready to use that can be easily installed with minimum efforts to protect and beautify your dream home. They are made out of high quality wood to make them exceptionally durable and dimensionally stable with excellent tooling and finishing properties. Obviously, the doors are made with chemically treated seasoned hardwood battens and frames. The cross bands veneers are uniformly dried to the requisite moisture content. They are then bonded with special quality Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per the guidelines of IS: 2202. Concord Flush Doors are treated for total termite and protection. The doors can be manufactured according to customized sizes too.

Block board is a lumber core board Made from blocks of woods as per the specification is:1659 It is of two grades .interior grade (i-com) and exterior grade (x-com). WC board (i-com) is generally used for furniture and interiors. WC board (x-com) is meant for exterior use, where it is likely to be exposed to high humidity.

Paneled Doors & Glazed Shutters use timber according to specification IS : 12896.
