Warranty Terms:

1. The warranty covers manufacturing/workmanship and material defects occurring during the warranty period, applicable to furniture used under normal household conditions.
2. Exclusions: This limited warranty does not apply to:
3. Normal wear and tear.
4. Cuts, scratches, or damage resulting from impacts or accidents.
5. Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with improper methods or products. (For example, upholstered furniture may lighten over time if exposed to direct sunlight).
6. No warranty on upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers.
7. Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended purpose and wear and tear in the natural course of product use.
8. Solid wood furniture: Seasonal climate variations may cause solid wood to contract and expand over the product’s life, which is not covered under warranty.
9. Natural characteristics of wood, such as glue lines or issues related to them, are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
10. Claims related to seasonal splits or joints opening are limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase for solid wood furniture.

Note:

• There may be minimal variations in color and finish of the products sold over time.
• Dimensions may vary up to 12mm for upholstered products and up to 6mm for non-upholstered products.
• Our products are designed for residential use only. Any usage beyond this will void the warranty.
• Termite and fungus damage are not covered under the warranty.
• This warranty does not extend to electrical components.

Care Instructions:

1. Use a tablecloth or thick, quality cloth on dining tables or other heavily used surfaces.
2. Use hot pads or coasters to protect furniture surfaces from hot or cold items. Avoid placing hot items directly on furniture, even with a hot pad.
3. To prevent fading, avoid placing furniture near windows or in direct sunlight.
4. Prevent minor scratches by refraining from sliding or dragging items across tabletops.
5. Avoid placing burning candles or hot irons directly on furniture. Use candle holders to contain wax and prevent heat damage.
6. Regularly clean furniture with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Avoid rough rags or pressing too hard on the wood to prevent scratches.
7. In case of spills, blot the spill gently instead of wiping to avoid spreading and damaging the polish.
8. Protect furniture from moisture by avoiding direct contact with damp walls. Promptly wipe moisture with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth.

Quality Promise:

1. All wood products go through an intense 3-step treatment for any termites, borers, and pests.
2. The wood used in the furniture is perfectly seasoned for optimum moisture content to reduce the possibility of seasonal expansion or contraction of the products.
3. Post manufacturing, each product has gone through a stringent quality checking process in 3-stages, with a checkpoint of over 50 quality aspects.
4. We go to crazy lengths to ensure our sellers and we hold the badge of quality. We continuously look for feedback to improve the same. So please let us know!
5. Most of our furniture is made of natural materials, which will have natural differences and the occasional minor blemish.

NOTE: Woodcrafters makes all efforts to ensure that products with wood finishes like Teak, Mahogany, etc., are color-matched to ensure minimum variations between other products of the same color. There could be minor variations in color, especially over different batches of products over a period of time. Please consider this while adding products to your existing furniture set.

Customer Support:

Any queries or concerns relating to the return, refund, and cancellation may be directed by you to our customer support team who can be contacted at sales@woodcrafters.in.

Refund Policy:

(a) Refund Request:

At the time of requesting a return or cancellation of the Products on the Woodcrafters Platform, you may seek a refund for the Product. The refund will only be processed if payment for the Product has been received by us.

(b) Refund Processing:

Upon verifying and assessing the Products and relevant documents, the refund for eligible Products will be processed within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of identifying the defect or non-compliance. Refunds will be made conditional upon the Product being returned in its original condition, with intact price tags, original packaging, brand outer packaging, and all accessories. No refund will be made for Products deemed ineligible for return based on our assessment.

(c) Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 7 (Seven) working days, depending on the chosen mode of payment. Delays may occur due to the processing times of banks or financial intermediaries. Please contact us if the refund does not reflect within the advised timeframe.

(d) Exclusions from Refund:

Refunds do not include shipping charges or other applicable charges. However, if a Product is delivered with a defect or damage (accepted after verification at our sole discretion), we may refund shipping charges.

(e) Refund Rejection:

We reserve the right to reject refund requests if returned Products do not meet quality conditions specified in this Policy upon assessment. In such cases, we will notify you and return the Product without issuing a refund.

Cancellation Of Product:

(a) Order Cancellation:

You may cancel orders for Products partially or fully before the shipment is initiated. Once the Product has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

(b) Canceling an Order:

To cancel an order, refer to the unique tracking identity number provided to track the delivery status of your purchased Products. Send a cancellation request via email to Woodcrafters.

(c) Refund Process:

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund within 7 (Seven) business days or upon pickup of the Products, if applicable. Refunds will be issued through the same payment mode used for the purchase, subject to applicable policies and charges by your bank or financial institution.

(d) Made-to-Order Products:

Orders for made-to-order products undergo specialized production immediately upon placement. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order is confirmed. We recommend reviewing product specifications and customization details carefully before placing your order.

(e) Specific Product Cancellations:

For certain products, cancellations are accepted until the product is shipped. Complaints regarding damage or defects reported within 7 days after delivery are eligible for repair or replacement.

(f) Made-to-Order Products:

Certain products, such as Made-to-Order (MTO) items customized to your specifications, cannot be canceled once the order is placed. However, complaints regarding damage or defects reported within 7 days after delivery are eligible for repair or replacement.

(g) Pin Code Exceptions:

The cancellation policies outlined here may not apply to specific pin codes. To determine the cancellation policy applicable to your delivery location, please enter your pin code in the designated area on the Woodcrafters Platform.

(h) Product-Specific and Third-Party Products:

The cancellation policy specific to each product will be clearly indicated on its listing page. For third-party products, the cancellation policy will be provided on the respective product listing page.
